Following a 20 year career with British Airways and Royal Caribbean, Anne Williams established Worthing Accommodation in 2013, after seeing a gap in the market for high quality flexible self catering accommodation. It was soon evident that the needs of visitors to the area required a more responsive accommodation option, and Worthing Accommodation continued to grow.
Today the team is made up of a group of like minded people committed to maintaining and growing the number of properties available, from studio’s to large houses with luxury amenities.
Our group of home owners are a broad range of holiday property owners, who use our service to ensure their properties are beautifully maintained and being marketed actively across all the major booking engines. They benefit from our key holding service so they can be rest assured all issues are being dealt with and their properties are safe and secure.
All our guests are personally greeted making sure we know who is going into the property and we are on hand 24 hours a day to deal with any queries. We help all the way from setting up, furnishing and interior design right through to the logistics of insurances and business rates.

I live out of the area, is that a problem?
Our team are on hand 24/7 meaning you can be rest assured we will deal with all issues. We stay in regular contact with our owners and make immediate contact if there is an issue that needs resolving that we can’t deal with.
I don’t know how to furnish my property.
Our design service provides you with a style and shopping list to decorate and furnish your property in a cost effective contemporary way which will appeal to the holiday market in this area.
What about insurance?
We work closely with Schofields Insurance to make sure your property is adequately insured specifically for the holiday market.
I’m thinking about buying somewhere to holiday let but don’t know where to begin.

Is there access to WIFI?
All our properties have WIFI which is free of charge
Parking arrangements are all unique to the properties and is either on street parking with permits provided or off street parking at the property. Please see the description for each property for specific details.
Do I need to bring Towels and Linen?
No all towels and linen are provided, and for longer stays replaced on request.
Are you child friendly?
Of course, everyone is welcome. We can provide high chairs and cots on request.
What about Pet friendly?
Some of our properties are pet friendly. We’ve even had rabbits to stay! Please check each description or email us directly.
Whats the earliest I can arrive and check out?
Our standard check in times is between 2pm and 9pm and check out is before 11am. This ensure we can offer you the welcome you expect and have enough time to properly clean apartments after your departure. We can accommodate special requests so please email us.
